EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Duarra Official, we value your trust and want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, used or worn jewelry cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color or design differences (as product images may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution.
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized jewelry

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp / Instagram / Email (mention your order number)
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days

If approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved for any other valid reason, the return shipping will be paid by the customer, and once the item is received, the replacement product will be shipped by Duarra Official.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer
    • Easypaisa / JazzCash
       (same method used for payment, where possible)

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange instead of refund where possible, subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 6–8 hours of placing the order.
  • After 8 hours, the order is processed for dispatch and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  • Once processing begins, cancellation, refund, or changes to the order will not be possible.
